Diane Fowler, CAE Diane Fowler, CAE, is executive director for PIA of Connecticut, New Hampshire, New Jersey and New York. Prior to this position, she was PIA's assistant executive director, responsible for the activities of PIA’s Communication, Creative Services, Education & Conferences, Administration and Association Management Services departments. She served as director of communication from 1984-1991, and was honored by the Empire State Society of Association Executives in 1991 when she received the organization's prestigious Excellence in Communications award. She received her Certified Association Executive designation in 1990, and is past president of the board of ESSAE, a statewide organization dedicated to the professionalism of member associations and their employees. Fowler earned her master's degree in business administration from SUNY Albany in 2005. |
